Information We Process
DivineInsightStudio may process order details, personalization information, customer communications, contact information and technical information reasonably necessary to provide and secure our services.
Etsy Orders and Communications
Information supplied through Etsy may be processed for personalization, fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, recordkeeping and service administration.
Google and Gmail Data
Our private automation may access a connected Gmail account through Google's official OAuth system. Gmail access is read-only and is used only to identify relevant Etsy-generated order or message notifications required for customer service and order fulfillment.
We do not use Google user data for advertising or profiling. We do not sell Google user data or disclose it to advertising networks or data brokers.
Google API Limited Use
DivineInsightStudio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Access to our private automation infrastructure is restricted. Credentials and access tokens are stored as protected secrets and are not intentionally exposed publicly.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, operational records, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
